TSS is hiring a full-time, on-site Validation Supervisor in Georgetown, Texas, to lead validation activities across data center configuration, integration, and deployment operations. The role oversees protocol development, execution, reporting, documentation review, risk assessments, corrective actions, project timelines, and resource allocation; leads and develops validation specialists; and collaborates with Quality, Operations, and Engineering. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field, at least five years of validation experience in a regulated or quality-driven environment, and experience supervising validation teams.
