Synopsys is hiring a Validation / Verification Engineering Manager in Nepean, Canada, to lead a hands-on lab team validating memory interface IP. The role covers DDR6, DDR5, LPDDR6/X, LPDDR5/5X, MRDIMM, and HBM silicon bring-up and validation, electrical characterization, debug and root-cause analysis, automated Python and C/C++ test frameworks, multilayer PCB design, team hiring and resource management, and Gate Review and characterization documentation. The position requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or an equivalent technical field, at least 8 years of hands-on silicon validation experience with memory interfaces, and at least 3 years managing engineering teams.
