Synopsys is hiring a Memory IP Validation Lead in Nepean to lead first-silicon bring-up and validation for DDR, LPDDR, MRDIMM, and HBM test chips. The role combines hands-on electrical characterization, silicon and firmware debugging, automated Python and C/C++ test infrastructure, multilayer PCB design, and management of a 20+ staff team across three labs. The position requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or an equivalent technical field, at least eight years of memory-interface silicon validation experience, and at least three years managing engineering teams.
