Synopsys is hiring a Sr. Staff Product Engineer to lead silicon validation of non-volatile memory and one-time programmable intellectual property, including analog circuits, power supplies, programming controllers, access ports, and built-in self-test blocks. The role covers test plan creation, characterization, qualification, failure analysis, reliability modeling, automation, data analysis, and collaboration with external test laboratories. Candidates need a BS or MS in a relevant engineering or science field and at least 8 years of semiconductor product or test engineering experience, with NVM product experience preferred. The position is remote-eligible and offers a base salary of $146,000 to $219,000 across the United States, plus potential bonus, equity, and other benefits.
