Citi Solutions Center Poland is hiring a full-time Valuation Control Intermediate Analyst to support independent price verification, valuation adjustment, and fair value hierarchy processes. The role involves solving valuation issues with little to no supervision, analyzing data and identifying control gaps, applying industry standards and product valuation knowledge, documenting procedures, escalating anomalies, and recommending solutions. Candidates need 2–5 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and strong communication skills. The position offers a hybrid model of up to two days at home per week and a base salary of 120,000–190,000 Polish zloty.
