Description
BlackRock Data Services is seeking a Private Valuation Analyst to prepare valuation documentation for private equity, private debt, and other alternative investments; support monthly and quarterly valuation cycles; manage data for third-party valuation firms; review valuation templates and fair-value reporting; coordinate with investment, pricing, fund administration, auditors, and valuation providers; and present findings to valuation and pricing committees. The role requires a bachelor's degree, 5–10 years of meaningful experience, private investment valuation experience preferred, knowledge of ASC 820 and IFRS 13, and experience building and testing valuation models. The position follows BlackRock's hybrid model, requiring employees to work at least four days in the office per week.
