Description
The Appraisal Professional will review and validate homogeneous-zone studies and appraisals, verify compliance with valuation methodologies and regulations, prepare regulatory and technical documentation, submit appraisal requests to the Lonja, respond to contractual and non-contractual requests, and advise land management on the valuation of goods and services. The role requires an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering or Cadastral Engineering and Geodesy, five years of experience as an Appraisal Professional on infrastructure projects, and a current RAA with at least six categories, primarily rural and urban.
