EisnerAmper is hiring a Valuation Senior for its Corporate Finance team to prepare valuations for financial reporting, tax, and management planning purposes. The role involves building discounted cash flow, capitalized earnings, market multiple, and net asset value models; analyzing financial statements, economic and industry data, guideline peers, and transactions; preparing valuation analyses, memos, and reports; and reviewing audit-client valuations. The position requires at least two years of recent valuation experience, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant business discipline, and authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable. The preferred location is New York, with an expected salary range of $105,000 to $130,000.
