Description
Colliers is hiring a hybrid Valuation Services Director to lead and perform real estate valuation and appraisal services, originate and maintain client relationships, manage appraisal teams across geographies, supervise trainee appraisers, allocate assignments, and deliver valuation analyses for corporate clients, REITs, funds, pension funds, and lenders. The role requires an MAI designation, 10 or more years of related experience, strong appraisal methodology and financial modeling expertise, Microsoft Office proficiency, and excellent communication and client-service skills. Compensation is 100% commission with a typical 35–50% commission split, and benefits include medical, prescription, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) matching, sick leave, and paid parental leave.
