Description
Colliers is hiring a hybrid Valuation Specialist to execute commercial real estate valuation and appraisal assignments, communicate with clients, build new and existing relationships, review industry and economic trends, and present analysis results. The role requires 2–3 years of related experience, commercial real estate experience, an active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license or pursuit of one, a bachelor’s degree, and Microsoft Office proficiency. Compensation is 100% commission, typically split 35–50% based on production, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and bonus benefits.
