Wipfli is seeking a strategic and analytical Valuations Manager to lead complex valuation engagements, primarily focusing on financial institution valuations for financial and regulatory reporting. The role involves managing projects such as purchase price allocation (ASC 805), goodwill impairments, ESOP, gifting, estate settlements, and minority shareholder transactions. Candidates should have a minimum of five years of experience in business valuation or audit, preferably with financial institutions or ASC 805 experience.
