Salesforce is hiring a Value Acceleration Engineer to build reliable, customer-facing automation for Systems Integration Agent. The role involves writing custom JavaScript or TypeScript tools, debugging browser, agent, application-state, and backend failures, building tests, launching workflows, and working directly with customer process owners and IT teams. The engineer will also convert deployment lessons into reusable tools and tests and collaborate with core engineering on product gaps. The position requires approximately 40–60% travel, typically several days onsite at a time, and 5+ years of relevant experience. The typical base salary range is $148,500–$223,900 annually, with $178,900–$246,000 in select San Francisco and New York City metropolitan areas.
