Value Based Care Representative at Bethany Medical

Bethany Medical is hiring a full-time Value-Based Care Representative to work from the High Point corporate office and support medical leadership and the Value-Based Care Team across Triad locations. The role uses HEDIS, HCC/RAF coding, utilization, cost, and steerage data to design performance-improvement strategies, create provider visualizations, address care gaps, and improve EMR workflows. Candidates need at least two years of health-industry experience and experience with Value-Based Care programs; experience with care-gap management, coding, medical professionals, clinical work, provider relations, or value-based care is preferred.
