Description
Microsoft is hiring a Value Creation Lead to define, design, and prove the business value of AI and agentic investments across strategic customer engagements. The role owns the Value Realization Framework end to end, including CFO-led value workshops, value hypotheses, business cases, ROI and financial models, measurement KPIs, P&L analysis, and reusable value playbooks. It requires experience with business cases, financial modelling, KPI measurement, senior finance and business stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional delivery work, along with a relevant bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience. The role is open for at least five days with ongoing applications until filled, and the disclosed United Kingdom base pay range is £77,600 to £132,500 per year.
