CFGI is seeking a Manager to lead private equity value creation and operational improvement initiatives, manage workstreams and program execution, coordinate governance and stakeholder activities, and deliver financial and operational analyses. The role supports value capture, EBITDA impact, cost reduction, margin improvement, revenue growth, working capital, risk management, reporting, executive reviews, and the development of junior consultants. Candidates need 3–6 years of relevant consulting or professional services experience, including experience leading value creation or operational improvement workstreams.
