Description
Deepset is hiring a Value Engineer to guide public-sector customers from initial discovery through solution design, delivery, value realization, and account expansion. The role owns account theses, AI use-case feasibility, risk management, demos and POCs, rollout planning, adoption KPIs, executive communication, and expansion opportunities, while collaborating with Sales, Technical Project Managers, Solution Engineers, partners, and Product and Engineering. Candidates should have a software engineering background, commercial and solution-consulting capability, Python, AI/ML workflow experience, modern architecture knowledge, and strong project leadership and executive communication skills.
