Description
Elastic is hiring a Value Engineer based in Germany to support strategic customers and account teams with value delivery, business-case analysis, workflow optimization, executive communications, solution guidance, training, and the development of value-based selling practices. The role requires at least three years of relevant experience, strong value-based-selling and business-case skills, German and English fluency, and approximately two client meetings per month. Compensation is a base salary plus variable component, with an On-Target Earnings range of €105,100 to €166,200.
