HARMAN is hiring a Value Manager for its Intelligent Cockpit Strategic Business Unit in Bucharest, Romania. The role leads value engineering and cost-optimization strategies for in-vehicle infotainment and intelligent-cockpit hardware, mechanical, system, and product-development platforms; defines reusable hardware blocks, guides RFQ/RFX ideation, supports BOM and effort planning, and coordinates with engineering, product, procurement, and program teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related technical field, at least eight years of experience in value management or related automotive or technology disciplines, strong technical communication and analytical skills, and fluency in English. The position is hybrid, with most office-based work onsite three days per week, and offers an annual gross base salary of 282,000–413,600.
