GSK is hiring a 15-month Trainee Manufacturing Operations Engineer to support biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations in Singapore. The role covers process and technical support, deviation investigations, CAPAs, changes, validation, technology transfer, operational excellence, project management, and coordination with QA, QC, and other departments. Applicants may be fresh graduates or mid-career professionals, but only Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents are eligible. The programme includes on-the-job training, mentorship, and a monthly training allowance.
