Description
The role leads Value Stream operations employees and cross-functional activities across production, continuous improvement, engineering, procurement, human resources, and quality. Responsibilities include driving safety and Lean initiatives, customer service, inventory and production scheduling, logistics, budget management, team development, performance management, continuous improvement, delivery and cost objectives, empowerment teams, and manpower and equipment planning. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in business or a technical field, at least eight years of manufacturing or operations and Lean manufacturing experience, and experience leading teams with engineering, planning, and quality organizations.
