Description
The Value Stream Manager owns the performance, efficiency, safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth of an assigned manufacturing value stream. The role leads production supervisors, drives continuous improvement and process optimization, manages KPIs and operational risks, and collaborates with executive leadership, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality to prepare operations for capacity changes and new business opportunities.
