Description
The role leads planning, manufacturing, production, shipping, and maintenance functions in a plant, with responsibility for on-time delivery, customer service, Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, quality, environmental and EHS compliance, operational metrics, budgeting, cost control, talent development, strategic initiatives, and union-related activities. It requires a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, at least five years of manufacturing leadership experience, experience across production, planning, maintenance, and logistics, and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, operational metrics, and business intelligence tools.
