Description
Emerson Flow Control is hiring a Value Stream Manager to lead one of its manufacturing value streams at its Sherman, Texas facility. The role owns end-to-end manufacturing operations, SQDCP performance, Lean transformation, business planning, resource optimization, and the development of supervisors and other value-stream leaders. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or eight years of discrete-manufacturing experience, four years of manufacturing leadership experience, high-mix configure-to-order experience, Lean Manufacturing knowledge, and cross-functional team leadership.
