Description
The Value Stream Manager leads manufacturing processes, products, and personnel for an assigned value stream, overseeing production, quality, engineering, maintenance, new product and process introduction, budgets, capacity, suppliers, audits, continuous improvement, and training. The role provides direct leadership to Production, Quality, and Engineering resources and dotted-line leadership to Maintenance, requires a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials Science Engineering, and demands ten years of manufacturing experience plus project leadership, NPI/APQP, ERP, quality-management-system, Lean, and Six Sigma experience. It is a full-time office-and-manufacturing role with occasional domestic and overseas travel.
