Description
The Value Stream Manager leads factory operational performance, safety, quality, compliance, cost management, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. The role develops and coaches Operations Associates, serves as the FMOS Leader for the plant, contributes to strategic decision-making, and drives operational excellence through Lean, TPM, and other improvement methodologies. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or an MBA in Operations, plus 8–10 years of manufacturing experience leading direct reports.
