Description
Motorola Solutions is hiring a Value Stream Manager to own end-to-end manufacturing operations for a defined product value stream. The role synchronizes production, engineering, and supply chain functions; develops operational roadmaps; standardizes processes; drives lean and quality initiatives; manages SQDC KPIs; ensures ISO 9001 compliance; and develops cross-functional talent. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or higher and at least five years of managerial experience in a significant operational area, with electronics manufacturing leadership and Lean Six Sigma expertise preferred. It is an on-site role with a target base salary of $130,000 to $155,000 USD and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
