Re:Build is hiring a Value Stream Lead for its Industrial & Specialty Products operation at Oribi. The role leads the strategic and daily operation of a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing value stream, overseeing production, maintenance, quality, logistics, safety, compliance, scheduling, inventory, Lean improvement, process optimization, and the P&L. The lead will manage production, quality, supply chain, engineering, and other manufacturing teams and partner with sourcing, technical, commercial, and customer teams. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience, at least five years of machine shop management experience, at least three years of leadership experience in a sophisticated manufacturing environment, and strong knowledge of machining, Lean production, problem-solving, and ISO 9001.
