Trystar is hiring a Manufacturing Value Stream Manager to oversee and optimize the metal fabrication value stream from raw materials through finished subassemblies. The role focuses on lean manufacturing, safety, quality, delivery, materials availability, cost of goods sold, process improvement, production scheduling, and team development. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial management, or a related field, or at least five years of manufacturing management experience, along with expertise in metal fabrication, lean methodologies, manufacturing software, and cross-functional collaboration.
