STS Aerospace is hiring a Value Stream Manager (Metal) in Laconia, New Hampshire to lead an assigned manufacturing value stream and report to the Plant Manager. The role oversees production activities, resource allocation, staffing, capacity, schedules, safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and employee development, while driving Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement. The position requires at least five years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in aerospace or a regulated manufacturing environment, and a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
