Description
Bosch is seeking a Value Stream Manager for MXT (Global Tools) to own the end-to-end value stream and drive operational excellence, business value, and continuous improvement. The role leads cross-functional teams across hammer, cutting, and grinding value streams; manages external stakeholder communication; establishes KPI frameworks; aligns budgets and resources; and develops talent. It requires entrepreneurial thinking, business management knowledge, leadership, BPS expertise, project management, digitalization skills, and product knowledge of Global Tools.
