Description
STS Aerospace is hiring a Value Stream Manager (Rigid) in Laconia, New Hampshire to lead production activities and overall performance of an assigned rigid-manufacturing value stream. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the role manages resources, staffing, capacity, production schedules, constraints, safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee development while driving Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement. The position requires at least five years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in aerospace or a regulated manufacturing environment, and a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
