Advanced Sterilization Products is seeking a Value Stream Operations Manager to lead and optimize biological indicators assembly manufacturing and supply chain operations. The role oversees production, planning, supply chain, warehouse, scheduling, quality, safety, and performance metrics; leads hourly teams across two shifts; drives Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement; manages projects and change initiatives; and collaborates with quality, R&D, engineering, facilities, and other departments. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least eight years of operations or process leadership experience, strong analytical and team-management skills, and Lean and Six Sigma expertise.
