Advanced Sterilization Products is seeking a Value Stream Operations Manager to lead and optimize biological indicators assembly manufacturing and supply chain operations. The role oversees production, planning, supply chain, warehouse, scheduling, quality, safety, and performance metrics; leads hourly teams and cross-functional collaboration; and drives Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, project, and change-management initiatives. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least eight years of operations or process leadership experience, strong analytical and team-management skills, and expertise in assembly-line operations.
