Description
The Value Stream Process Engineer – Electronics will own manufacturing process performance, stability, and continuous improvement within an electronics value stream. The role supports assembly, configuration, testing, verification, and packaging of electronic products and assemblies, including PCB integration, while improving safety, quality, delivery, productivity, throughput, lead time, inventory, and cost. Responsibilities include identifying bottlenecks, leading Kaizen and root-cause investigations, developing standard work and work instructions, optimizing workstation design and ESD-controlled environments, and partnering with production, quality, supply chain, and engineering teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in industrial, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering and at least 8 years of manufacturing, process, industrial, or continuous improvement experience.
