Description
The Value Stream Process Engineer will own manufacturing process performance and continuous improvement within the B-Series Value Stream, reporting to the B-Series Value Stream Manager. The role focuses on identifying bottlenecks and waste, establishing standard work, improving flow and productivity, reducing lead time and inventory, leading Kaizen and root-cause investigations, supporting new product introductions, and partnering with production, quality, supply chain, and engineering teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in industrial, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering and at least five years of relevant manufacturing or continuous improvement experience.
