Description
The Value Stream Supervisor oversees day-to-day production-floor operations for an assigned value stream, managing Group Leads and team members, enforcing safety and quality standards, driving continuous improvement, supporting on-time delivery, and resolving workflow issues. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, and at least one year of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
