Northampton Post Acute and Healthcare Center, supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services, is hiring a full-time Van Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for residents to medical appointments and approved destinations. The role involves assisting residents in and out of a facility vehicle, maintaining vehicle safety and cleanliness, following traffic and facility policies, and communicating with staff and families in a courteous, professional manner. The position is Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm, pays $18 per hour with daily pay, and includes benefits such as health, vision, dental, 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, referral bonus, life insurance, and EAP resources.
