The Van Driver safely transports goods and passengers across the United States, operates a van according to routes and schedules, performs pre- and post-trip inspections, assists passengers—especially frail elderly individuals—during boarding and travel, maintains vehicle cleanliness and hygiene, and communicates with clients, dispatchers, and team members. The role requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, English communication ability, visual acuity, and adherence to safety regulations; professional van or delivery driving experience, first aid or CPR certification, California route familiarity, and customer-service experience are preferred.
