Description
The employer is hiring Van Drivers to support distribution operations from the Motherwell Regional Service Centre. The role involves transporting stock to distribution centres, third-party suppliers, and retail stores; checking and maintaining the vehicle; and following a safety-first approach. The schedule is five days out of seven, including weekends, with shifts starting at 06:00 and totaling 35 hours per week. The base salary is £13.35 per hour, with weekly overtime at 1.5 times the rate after 45 hours and participation in a Van Driver bonus scheme. Applicants need good teamwork and customer service skills, vehicle and load responsibility, a maximum of six points on their licence, and computer literacy.
