Description
The employer is hiring Van Drivers to support its distribution operation from the Motherwell Regional Service Centre. The role involves transporting stock to Next retail stores in Scotland, checking and maintaining the vehicle, and following safety procedures. AM shifts are five days out of seven, including weekends, with shifts starting between 06:00 and 08:45 and lasting 8–10 hours for a total of 35 hours per week. The base salary is £13.35–£13.66 per hour, with weekly overtime at 1.5x after 45 hours and participation in a Van Driver bonus scheme. Applicants need good team and customer service skills, vehicle and load responsibility, a maximum of six points on their licence, and computer literacy; successful candidates receive driver training and may undergo DBS and credit checks.
