Description
Ridwell is hiring full-time drivers in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area to safely operate company high-roof cargo vans, complete 125–150 daily pickups and deliveries, collect reusable materials, deliver bins and member kits, navigate routes, manage loading and unloading, and provide customer service. The role requires a valid driver’s license held for at least three years, physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds, smartphone and mapping skills, and consistent attendance. The schedule is four ten-hour shifts Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST, with a wage of $22.50 per hour and tenure-based increases.
