Description
The employer is seeking a dependable Van Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation for elderly residents to and from medical and other facility-related appointments. The role includes assisting residents, securing them during transport, maintaining a clean and safe vehicle, completing safety checks, keeping transportation records, communicating with facility staff, and protecting resident privacy. A current New York State driver’s license, DOT physical, and willingness to obtain CNA certification are required or preferred; previous experience transporting or working with seniors is preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with pay of $18.00–$22.00 per hour based on experience.
