CRISTA Senior Living is hiring a part-time Van Driver in Silverdale, Washington, for 25–29 hours per week with variable Monday–Friday hours and occasional Saturday work. The role provides safe, courteous transportation for approximately 700 senior living residents to medical appointments, shopping, and social or recreational outings; assists residents as needed; maintains vehicle cleanliness and performs basic inspections; and completes transportation records. Compensation is $18.61–$23 per hour, with retirement matching, family care, paid holidays, PTO, and tuition discounts. Applicants must be at least 25, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, have at least three years of driving experience, maintain a clear Washington driver’s license, and obtain First Aid certification within 90 days of employment.
