Description
The employer is hiring a trainee operator for a BBL training program that combines classroom instruction, practical experience, and 1.5 years of training. The role involves operating machines independently, resolving malfunctions, controlling and optimizing production processes, and working in shifts. Candidates must be at least 18, speak Dutch, have MBO level 2 working and thinking ability, be flexible with shifts, and be able to travel up to 45 minutes each way with a car. The program offers two one-year contracts during training, a chance of a permanent contract afterward, and €2,500 gross per month excluding shift allowance.
