Description
Nature’s Bakery is hiring a production operator for a Monday–Friday 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. shift. The role involves measuring and mixing ingredients, operating and maintaining food-processing equipment, handling materials through an ERP system, completing batching and traceability paperwork, supporting warehouse and production projects, and maintaining food safety and quality standards. Candidates must be able to work in cold and warm environments, lift up to 50 pounds, perform minor equipment changeovers, use ERP and HMI systems, and read, speak, and write English.
