Description
The Folsom Cordova Unified School District is hiring a school-level sport coach to guide athletes, teach correct sport techniques, develop training plans, and support student performance, nutrition, and educational development. The role requires at least three years of relevant school-level sport coaching experience or college-level experience, with prior head or varsity coaching experience preferred. Applicants must complete an interview and reference check, and upon conditional offer must pass DOJ and FBI background checks, a TB test, complete district mandated reporter training, and obtain a First Aid/CPR certificate. The posting also requires completion of Sudden Cardiac Arrest, Concussion In Sports, and Heat Illness Prevention training before coaching can begin.
