DP World is hiring a VAS / TD Officer in Kocaeli to manage terminal gate entry and exit operations for export, import, and empty containers. The role involves processing transactions, checking container and shipping-document information, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with customers and shipping companies, handling damaged or hazardous containers, supporting traffic flow, responding to system failures, preparing reports, and following occupational health and safety procedures. Candidates should have at least six months of port operations experience, preferably maritime-related education, knowledge of GOS / TOS systems, MS Office proficiency, English at A2 level, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work shifts.
