Description
The Vault Teller provides quality service to credit union members by processing financial transactions, resolving problems, answering questions, suggesting products and services, and handling cash, negotiable and non-negotiable instruments, vault balancing, ATM and cash-dispensing machine reconciliation, and branch opening and closing procedures. The role also supports the Lead Teller when absent and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of teller or related experience, strong cash-handling and computer skills, and strong customer service and organizational abilities.
