Description
Smiths Detection is hiring a VAVE Expert to lead Value Analysis and Value Engineering across its security and detection technology portfolio. The role partners with engineering teams during early product development to perform functional analysis, assess product architectures and costs, influence design decisions, conduct benchmarking and teardown activities, support supplier and technology decisions, and coach teams in VAVE practices. It is primarily based at the Hemel Hempstead site with a flexible hybrid model, occasional travel, and eligibility for UK SC Clearance.
