Inflection Club, a private co-investment community under Catalyst Capital Holdings, is hiring a VC Senior Associate to run the investment process end-to-end, including screening, diligence, memo writing, IC presentations, and SPV close. The role also includes building proprietary deal flow, coordinating legal and SPV execution, supporting member-facing investment content, and mentoring analysts as the team grows. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of relevant full-time experience in venture capital, growth equity, private equity, investment banking, or strategic finance, strong financial modeling and diligence skills, professional English fluency, and be based in San Francisco.
